David Norman is the creator of Matt and Buzz. He is also an excutive coach, writer, entrepreneur, speaker, trainer and consultant. David works mainly with business executives in global blue chip companies and some of the worlds top sports personalities to help them be the best and most successful at what they do.

David is an executive coach, writer, entrepreneur, speaker, trainer and consultant. He has a solid track record of corporate jobs, business strategy consulting and human capital development, learning and transformation.

He has held various management, marketing and sales, and technical positions in his early career with; The Atomic Energy Authority, Racal Communications, GEC, Texas Instruments, Computer Sciences Corporation and Towers Perrin.

This was followed by many years broad experience working as a business strategy and management consultant in South Africa, Europe and the UK. During this time he held appointments for several years as chairman of the corporate strategy group of the Strategic Planning Society, visiting MBA lecturer at CASS Business School, City of London, and specialist advisor to the European Commission in Brussels.

Over the past fifteen years, David has designed, presented and facilitated hundreds of open and in-company learning and development seminars, executive briefings, workshops and workouts. Over the past twelve years he has also coached one-on-one hundreds of individual Chairmen, CEOs, MDs, VPs, directors, senior managers, fast-track individuals and professionals in blue chip and other firms (www.LeadershipDynamiX.com). Much of his work today is with business executives and HR specialists in global blue chip companies and other firms.

In addition he works as a mind coach and psychologist in a range of different sports as small part of his executive coaching work. More recently he created the Matt and Buzz characters and range of services (www.MattAndBuzz.com) as a way to simplify sophisticated and advanced communications, leadership, relationship and change methods specifically designed to reach a broad international audience. Who through the easy to follow and practical story dialogue can then quickly learn how to improve their performance, enhance their skills and achieve greater success and enjoyment in their careers, relationships and lives.

David holds a BCom degree with triple majors in organisational psychology, economics and business, and has completed post-graduate BCom (Hons) studies in advanced finance and marketing. In addition he has invested nearly 200 days in his own CPD (continuing professional development) in recent years in advanced human capital development. He is an internationally certified trainer, master practitioner (double certification) and practitioner of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) and other related certifications. He is also a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (previously MIEE). Member/Associate of IoD, CIPD, ANLP, EHRF and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
